In the city
San Miguel is extremely walkable in the City Center, so there is no need to rent a car! With beautifully narrow cobblestone streets, you likely would not want to be driving there anyways :)

Lodging Recommendations
To make things easiest, we suggest booking accommodations:
Within or near Centro Histórico
Within a 10–15 minute walk of the Parroquia (the large pink cathedral in the main square)
Or within a short 5–10 minute Uber ride of Casa Feliciana

We have secured discount rates at a few hotels, but there are also many other beautiful hotel options and incredible (and budget friendly!) Airbnbs within walking distance. Nick and I stayed at an Airbnb when we visited and had a great experience - they even offered concierge service like you might find at a hotel!
October is an incredibly popular time in San Miguel, so we recommend booking early!
San Miguel is different from many other Mexico destination weddings in that we are not all staying at one “resort,” so feel free to explore to find accommodations to fit your preferences. From our experience, you can’t go wrong :)
